With more than 25 years of experience, I have built a practice grounded in cultivating leadership, optimizing teams, and guiding transformation.

I coach leaders one-on-one and work with teams, bringing deep expertise, genuine curiosity, and grounded wisdom to every client engagement. My core belief is that leaders are capable of remarkable growth when they have the right support, clarity, and conditions for success.

Known for exceptional facilitation, results-focused coaching, and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality and discretion, I begin with a deep understanding of where my clients are, enabling them to gain clarity, build capability, and achieve the results that matter most.

I hold a Master of Arts in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University and am a graduate of Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, Executive Leadership Coaching Program.
